Many people believe that Cardi B was Choo-Choo Soul’s actress on the Disney channel. This is not the case. Cardi B has never played Choo-Choo Soul. She has never even been on the show. While Cardi B was never a part of the Choo-Choo Soul, her involvement in the show helped her to become a celebrity.
