Dan Kyler is a Personal Injury Attorney practicing in Washington. He is a member of Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association and was selected for Super Lawyers 2001 – 2003, 2005 – 2006. Early Life and Education

Kyler played both football and second base on his high school baseball team; unfortunately, however, he wasn’t known for his hitting prowess.

After graduating from Kealakehe High School, he enrolled at Texas A&M University but later transferred to the University of Oklahoma where he served as backup to Heisman Trophy winner Baker Mayfield during 2017.

Kyler went on to law school and passed the bar examination, before practicing as a Personal Injury – General: Plaintiff attorney in Tacoma, Washington. He is a member of the American Bar Association as well as Super Lawyers from 2001-2023 and Fellow of International Academy of Trial Lawyers; living with Cindy as his partner in Tacoma.

Professional Career

Kyler has extensive legal experience representing clients facing personal injury-general plaintiff issues. As part of his practice, he is a member of The American Board of Trial Advocates and Washington State Association for Justice as well as Tacoma/Pierce County Bar Association.

He offers a broad array of legal services and practices in several fields. His focus includes car accident cases and plaintiff medical negligence suits as well as business tort litigation related to unfair business practices, trade secrets, and non-compete agreements.

Kyler earned four letters at Kealakehe HS in Kailua-Kona under coach Sam Kekuaskalani and recorded 155 tackles and three sacks during his high school career, leading the Waveriders to victory at BIIF championship.

Personal Life

Kyler is a highly-recognized American football quarterback for the Arizona Cardinals, where he currently occupying the Quarterback position. Over his long career he has played many games and won multiple awards; not to mention amassing an enormous fan following on social media platforms such as Twitter.

Missy helped foster Kyler’s interest in Lee through books and movies, leading him to embrace his teachings to unclog his brain and find peace within. Kyler now practices Lee in his zen room containing paintings by Lee as well as swords and martial arts memorabilia adorning its walls.

He and his wife reside just outside Tacoma in Olalla. He is a member of both the Washington State Bar Association and Tacoma/Pierce County Bar Association, as well as having been chosen for Super Lawyers from 2001-2023.
