Daniel Spotards, 41, was found dead at the end of his driveway on Campbell Drive Extension by a sanitation worker on January 2. A police investigation determined he had been shot multiple times; he is survived by his daughter Gabriella and son Kasen as well as mother Catherine Spotards Oncher; brother John Crespi Oncher of Queens; aunts, uncles (including special uncle Clay Spotards ) and numerous cousins.

Junando Dawkins of Newburgh was arrested at Fort Bragg in North Carolina as he prepared to deploy overseas with his unit, according to a press release issued by the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office.
