David Arnebeck owns and operates three martial arts schools. Since 1980, he has been teaching martial arts classes. In 2013 however, he was charged with misdemeanor fondling of a teenager sleeping over at his house.

He is the pioneer behind Reality Based MMA, Rickson Gracie Jiu Jitsu, Fitness Kickboxing classes for Kids and Families as well as Free Women’s Self Defense courses – providing an innovative approach to training that you won’t find elsewhere. He pioneers an intelligent yet revolutionary style of training you won’t find elsewhere.

Professional Career

David Arnebeck has been teaching martial arts professionally for more than half a century. As one of Rickson Gracie’s esteemed master instructors of reality-based mixed martial arts (MMA) and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), David holds over 50 years of teaching experience.

He is also highly adept in the art of Boxing. Beginning to spar at an early age and winning his state title.

Chi Kung, an ancient Chinese exercise system which encompasses meditation, flexibility training and energy concepts was also taught at his residence by Sifu Jeff Carlson who studied under Master Lily Siou in Hawaii.

Achievement and Honors

Arnebeck has earned many honors and distinctions throughout his long and distinguished career as a martial arts instructor, including being one of the highest ranking black belts at his school and possessing one of the highest IQs around.

He has an exceptional skill for finding and integrating effective training systems of any source into his own training system, integrating techniques from across many disciplines into one coherent program that will challenge all levels of fitness and provide life changing results for himself and his students alike. The primary goal is creating an enjoyable yet stimulating learning experience where all his pupils reach their personal bests.

Personal Life

David Arnebeck has been training martial arts for over 25 years. Throughout this time he has broadened his expertise by learning different forms like Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Wing Chun Kung Fu.

He holds six National and International martial art championship titles as well as multiple Regional titles in various forms of competitions. Currently focusing on Gracie Jiu Jitsu under Rickson Gracie.

Warrior’s Cove Martial Arts Studios of St. Louis Park, Burnsville and Little Canada that offer classes to clients of all ages — including children – were all founded and owned by him.

Net Worth

David Arnebeck worked as a private investigator for nine years in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa on hundreds of cases before opening the Warrior’s Cove Martial Arts Gym with reality-based MMA training, Rickson Gracie Jiu Jitsu classes, Fitness Kickboxing sessions for adults as well as children classes in St Louis Park in 1996 – this organization now provides reality-based martial arts training throughout Minneapolis/Saint Paul MN area.

He has been training Gracie Jiu Jitsu for more than 15 years and was promoted by Rickson Gracie during one of his seminars at Warrior’s Cove. Additionally, he is a member of Glia High IQ Society (IQ of 153) as well as being a former Boxing State Champion.
