He founded Chad Supply, one of only two “one source” maintenance supply companies in Florida. His team places great emphasis on customer service and modern technology.

Early Life and Education

Early childhood education is essential for a child’s development. Studies show that the first eight years of a child’s life are critical periods for major brain growth.

Children learn about themselves and the world around them through fun, engaging activities. It is also during this period that they begin applying what their parents teach them to a practical setting.

Chadwell, the statewide coordinator of single-gender education, believes boys and girls alike can benefit from classrooms tailored to their learning styles. After working with 70 schools that offer this program throughout South Carolina, he hopes the state becomes a leader in this area.

Professional Career

David Chadwell had a childhood dream of becoming a goalkeeper. His father Alvin promised him that if he worked hard and trained regularly, he could become an accomplished professional goalkeeper.

David achieved this goal. As a teenager, David played for West Ham United Juniors and his father took him to train with former first-team goalkeeper coach Les Sealey.

After several months of one-on-one training sessions, his father’s first team considered him good enough to join. That marked the beginning of a thriving career as a goalkeeper in the British leagues.

He then transitioned into college golf coaching at Redlands Community College, near his hometown of El Reno, Texas, for four years. During this time his teams consistently posted a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 or higher and he mentored 11 NCAA and NJCAA Academic All-Americans.
