David Super

During his tenure at the Environmental Protection Agency, he managed the nationwide implementation of the EPA’s civil judicial enforcement programs under CERCLA and RCRA.

In addition to his legal practice, David is a noted endurance athlete and has completed over 70 endurance races. He is a multiple-time winner of the Infinitus 88k, one of the world’s toughest races.
