Malkemus and Yurgaitis purchased the Worthington Road mansion with Talley living there and paying rent each month, according to their lawsuit. He provided them with a $120,000 down payment, which they used when purchasing it for him – then transferred ownership when they repaid him in full, according to court papers.

The late Vogue artistic director had a net worth of $1.7 million.
