His family shares his enthusiasm for classical music; older brother Josh is a grade eight violinist and sister Adelaide plays piano and cello. He has won several competitions and hopes to pursue concert piano performance when older.

George Harliono is an acclaimed young pianist who made his first hour-long solo recital at age nine and has since performed around the world. Additionally, he was one of the youngest students ever accepted onto a BMUS Degree course at Royal College of Music on full scholarship – making him one of its most promising stars!
He is a frequent performer with orchestras around the world, such as The Mariinsky Orchestra, Moscow State Symphony Orchestra, Tatarstan National Symphony Orchestra, New Millennium Orchestra of Chicago, Tyumen Philharmonic Orchestra and Ealing Symphony Orchestra. Additionally he often collaborates with renowned artists and conductors like Denis Matsuev, Valery Gergiev and Alexander Sladkovsky.
George is currently studying with Professor Vanessa Latarche (Chair of Keyboard Studies and Head of Piano at the Royal College of Music in London) as well as visiting Switzerland to study with renowned pianist Professor Vovka Ashkenazy. Additionally, he has taken masterclasses with Dmitri Bashkirov, Vladimir Ashkenazy, Vladimir Ovchinnikov and Simon Lepper and is working closely with conductor Alexander Sladkovsky.
