Lucas Stoioff, principal and founder of Chicago-based DineAmic Hospitality, has capitalized on this trend with Greek restaurant Lyra in West Loop. Drawing upon the culinary traditions and lifestyle of his family’s love for Mediterranean fare, Stoioff created a menu he calls more refined than usual Greek restaurants.
