Early Life and Education
Noah Eaker is currently working at HarperCollins Publishers out of New York as Vice President and Executive Editor, having spent four years there.
Noah Eaker faced one of the toughest decisions of his life when making an important choice as an eighth grader: whether to attend Gastonia’s Highland Tech. Instead, he chose his hometown school Cherryville High, helping lead them to their eighth state baseball title overall and first since 2007.

Noah Eaker is an exciting prospect with immense pitching potential. With a highly projectable body and striking out batters consistently with fastball, curve and changeup pitches he dominates the zone and maintains quick release times.
At the December 2013 Baseball Factory Winter Classic he reached a peak velocity of 72 mph with his fastball and ran a 7.89 60 yard dash. Subsequently at the January 2014 Under Armour All-America Pre-Season Tournament his fastball reached an astonishing 81 mph with excellent tailing action while his 11/5 curve produced swings and misses at major league levels.
He’s an intelligent player with great coaching potential. He boasts an athletic setup with a solid load and good balance; plus works the lower half of his bat effectively.
