The White Buffalo in New Canaan

A new bar and restaurant has opened in New Canaan. Located down an “alley” off of Elm Street, The White Buffalo has quickly developed a following among the locals. The restaurant has a 13-stool bar and several rows of two-person tables that seat about 40 people.

The White Buffalo is a popular destination for families, and Valente says the business is family-friendly. She hopes her customers will come by on their way to sports games. The food is locally sourced from a butcher in Fairfield, and the restaurant’s hot dogs have a shelf life of about two weeks.
